Stayed 3 nights in November. Local is great, a 5 min walk from Earl's court. The tube will get you anywhere real quick. Rooms are tiny, so this is better if you intend to be out more. Nicely situated, close by Gloucester Rd tube station. Friendly staff, nice Italian restaurant on site. Small but very comfortable rooms with great amenities. Bem situado, perto da estação de metrô Gloucester Rd. Funcionários simpáticos, bom restaurante italiano no local. Quartos pequenos, mas muito confortáveis, com ótimas comodidades.

The hotel is wonderful but what puts it over the top is the staff. Everyone is welcoming, sweet and eager to help with every need. The staff truly made our stay a great experience. The rooms are small but cozy. The hotel is well cared for and again the staff attended to our every need. We plan to stay here any time we’re in London. Hotel boutique em uma posição estratégica para se locomover em Londres, a caminho do Museu de História Natural e do Museu Victoria and Albert, ambos a uma curta distância. Funcionários muito gentis tanto na recepção, na sala de café da manhã e no restaurante: eles recebem todos vocês com gentileza e graça. O quarto é um pouco pequeno, mas limpo... aboliria o tapete 🙄 mas para hotéis ingleses isso é normal; excelentes produtos de banho. Pequeno-almoço de qualidade e rico em escolha; quase sempre consumimos no espaço sideral. O restaurante, aberto todo o dia, também oferece cozinha italiana. Valor agregado: funcionários que falam italiano!

Quartos impossíveis por serem pequenos. Se você reservar, deixe-nos explicar o tamanho do quarto e do banheiro. Duas pessoas com duas malas... não entrem!

Went forcharcuterie and cheese yasting which was excellent. The portion was large and more than adequate for 2 people. The quality of both meat and cheese was very high. Staff were friendly and attentive. Recommended and will definitely return. Only slight negative is the venue on a main rd, so dining outside was less appealing. I made a reservation with this hotel and told them that I am a Platinum member and I made the reservation through the Marriott Bonvoy program and the duty manager called Andreas told me that we can't give you an upgrade and they don't have a business lounge. 12 square meters and I spoke to them through the conversation in the Bonvoy program and there was no response in hours. I told them that I was not satisfied at all. I went to the reception and asked to meet the general manager. They told me that he was in a meeting and he came to the duty manager and told me that he could not do the promotion and that if I wanted to leave the hotel, no It's okay and he told me this is London and I told him that I will go out to another hotel and he did not mind and he immediately brought my money and acted as if he was expelling me from the hotel, so I went out and now I am staying in another hotel I received a warm reception from them and they told me that they will inform me about the preparation of the upgrade and they confirmed it with me before my arrival(( For the record, I am visiting the UK for the first time, London. Very kind and helpful Front Office staff! Especially are smiling Federica and Shawl. Breakfast was good as well. Perfect location in very nice district near bus stop, metro station and Natural Historical Museum. Highly recommend to visit hotel and museum

Absolutely love this place. The staff are friendly and attentive. The room was clean, tidy and well stocked. Prices are only a little more than you'd pay for an 'average' hotel in Londonbut the quality difference is night and day. Will definitely be back!!
