This fresh stylish and quiet retreat is a few minutes’ walk from Hyde Park Marble Arch and shopping at Oxford Street. Its restaurant and bar offers cocktails and international dishes. The Caesar is located in a quiet residential area off Bayswater near to Notting Hill and Mayfair. Portobello Road and Paddington Station (with the Heathrow Express) are nearby. “What a gorgeous little Hotel this is, contemporary modern rooms, super comfortable bed and amazing hot showers. The staff are wonderful and friendly nothing too much hassle for them, o total credit to the business. Will decimated stay here again.”

“Ficamos junto com nossos amigos em 26 de novembro do ano passado e o hotel era limpo e moderno, mas nosso quarto era muito frio, mas a recepção nos forneceu um aquecedor. O serviço do hotel os decepcionou completamente. Pedi café da manhã e esperei quase uma hora e depois estava parcialmente frio quando eles finalmente o trouxeram, depois que perguntamos o que havia acontecido com nosso café da manhã. Este era o mesmo todas as manhãs. Também experimentamos o restaurante no sábado à noite e honestamente não podíamos acreditar em quão ruim era o serviço, pois nunca tínhamos experimentado nada parecido. Esperei 45 minutos para a nossa refeição principal e quando chegou estava frio, então tive que voltar e esperou mais 25 minutos e estava frio novamente. Nossos amigos também tiveram o mesmo problema, com a comida fria quando foi trazida à nossa mesa. Perguntamos se há falta de funcionários e sua resposta foi sim, porque a equipe estava se concentrando em lidar com o serviço de quarto, então estávamos sendo negligenciados. Não é de surpreender que o chef nem saísse para falar conosco quando disseram que o serviço de quarto tinha prioridade.
