“I was wowed when I was escorted and shown to my room. Expect an elevated experience; absolutely jaw dropping elegance, like Michelangelo designed this hotel himself.
Unfortunately, we had to deduct a star as the air conditioner never seemed to work properly (despite asking) and as such, trying to sleep in the evenings in a warm room was less than desirable.”

“Terrific hotel. Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. They offer to help you every second they get. Water in the room, turn down service, wonderfully decorated rooms the place is a masterpiece. The breakfast they suggest in the dining room is on the expensive side. I didn't try it, but instead ordered room service which was quite affordable, much cheaper than the restaurant and delicious. I would definitely stay in your beautiful room and have breakfast delivered.”
