“The hotel is new and nice. The room is clean and staff friendly. However, the restaurant is not good. Our food took way too long, then some of it was cold. The nachos were overcooked and cold at the same time, my boyfriends steak was good but his side was served cold. We informed them and they did nothing. I didn’t eat my meal because it was inedible but was still charged after asking for it to be removed.”

“This is the nicest Fairfield I have ever seen. New hotel, great design and décor, clean and neat. The lobby and restaurant are beautifully done; multiple seating options. We had dinner there and breakfast the next morning -- food and beverage were top notch. The rooms are also unbelievably nice, including the gorgeous bathrooms. We stayed one night, having flown in to SJO (the shuttle is a great perk), so we could drive to Uvita in daylight the following day. On the return, we stayed at a competitor's airport hotel, and it was not near as nice. Do not hesitate to book.”
